Who we are
Welcome to our corner of the world! We’re Josh & Amanda Primmer, a family-oriented couple who have called McKinney, TX home for over 13 years. Together for more than 17 years, we’ve built a life centered around our love for family, faith, and adventure.
Our two daughters are proud graduates of McKinney Boyd High School, and we are active members of Cottonwood Creek Church, where we find community and purpose. When we’re not working, you’ll find us exploring new places with our 2024 Grand Design Imagine 22MLE or hiking the trails with our loyal dogs at our side.
We believe in living life to the fullest, embracing every opportunity to connect with nature, and making memories with those we love. Thank you for sharing this journey with us, and allowing us to be a part of yours. We look forward to the opportunity to service your RV.

No worry guarantee! We do not charge a service call fee if we cannot fix or provide answers about your RV.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you have an indoor shop or a physical location to drop off an RV?
We 100% mobile and DO NOT have a shop or a physical location to drop off your RV and have it serviced. We come to you and service your RV at your home, campground, or storage unit.
Do you transport RVs?
Our insurance does not cover the transportation of RVs on the road. However, we do perform site-to-site moves within the same campground or RV park.
Will you install parts I have purchased?
Absolutely! We can install any parts you have purchased yourself, ones covered under warranty, as well as the parts we offer. If you have everything needed to fix your RV, just let us know the parts you have and we'll be happy to use them, provided they are the right ones for the job.
Do you complete warranty work?
Contact us to check if we can handle your RV's warranty work. Warranty work can vary significantly depending on the manufacturer or warranty company. As we are certified, most warranty companies authorize our company to perform RV repairs covered under their policies.
Are there RV services you do not offer?
Our insurance policy is only available to certified RV technicians and certified RV inspectors with mobile businesses. Since we are a mobile business, we are not insured to perform work that needs to be done by a certified automotive shop. Our policy excludes us from working on motorized RV drivetrains (motors & brakes) and performing towing services. We are insured to work on trailer brakes and suspension.
Do you do structural work like replacing RV walls or a roof?
We do not work on structural components of the RV replacing walls, flooring or a roof. We diagnose and troubleshoot components and appliances, then repair or replace what is broken. We perform routine maintenance to extend the life of your RV so structural issues don't occur from water damage.
What RV qualifications/specialties do you have?
Our technicians have completed 188 hours of training at the National RV Training Academy in Athens, Texas, and hold certifications as a Certified RV Technician through the NRTAA.
Each technician must take 24 hours of continuing education credits (CEU) per year to maintain the certifications.
